Power Outages at PHS and JW - Monday, January 25th, 2010

John Witherspoon Middle School and Princeton High School experienced power outages this morning, Monday, January 25th, due to an accident on Harrison Street.  Power was restored before 9:30am in both buildings.  At the High School some classes were able to administer exams and others were not.  Please read the plans for exams that need to be rescheduled (pdf).  All students are expected to follow the normal schedule at JW for the rest of the day and the exam schedule at PHS for the rest of the day.


The MR. PHS Contest scheduled for February 5th has been canceled.

2010 Princeton Environmental Film FestivalJanuary 2-17 at the Princeton Public Library!

This year there are more than 60 films plus talks with filmmakers and other speakers on a wide range of environmental issues. You can see the films on nights and weekends and during special showings Mondays through Fridays at 4 p.m. Admission is FREE. Go to the movies with your friends for free and learn how to save the earth at the same time!

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT PARKING:  
Students are NOT permitted to park in any of the faculty lots around the building.  They will be ticketed and/or towed.  SENIORS only have parking privileges based on a lottery process and can ONLY park on Walnut, Franklin (behind Westminster Choir College ONLY)and Guyot with a designated permit.  Thank you for your cooperation.

IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT TRANSPORTATION:
Please note that buses are staggered in the afternoon pick-up at Princeton High School beginning around 3:15 pm - 3:35 pm.  Princeton High School students are the last groups to be picked up in the district.   Also, skateboards are NOT permitted on school buses.



PLEASE NOTE:  EVERY WEDNESDAY IS A 1:39 DISMISSAL, UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE DISTRICT CALENDAR.
